  2. Understand the value of what it is you are offering your customer and you will close more deals. 02:27
    • Then… explain how that value can benefit your customer’s business. Not anyone else’s business. Not how it can help in general. Explain how it will help their business.
    • When you do this, you’re going to close a lot more deals.
